By accessing and using the Enhanced Webhook Proxy service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.2 Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Enhanced Webhook Proxy service for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission

1.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security measures, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

1.6 Rate Limits and Fair Use

The service implements rate limiting to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse. Rate limits may vary based on your usage patterns and service tier. Excessive requests may result in temporary restrictions or permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

1.7 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the service and other users.

The Enhanced Webhook Proxy service provides a secure, reliable proxy layer for Discord webhooks, enabling advanced features such as rate limiting, queue management, analytics, ban management, and bidirectional Discord-to-Roblox communication.

2.2 Service Features

Our service includes, but is not limited to:

• Webhook Proxying: Secure forwarding of Discord webhook requests
• Rate Limiting: Automatic throttling to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage
• Queue Management: High-volume request handling with automatic retry mechanisms
• Real-time Analytics: Comprehensive statistics and usage tracking
• Ban Management: Advanced security features for IP, webhook, and user banning
• Discord-to-Roblox Proxy: Bidirectional communication between Discord and Roblox HTTP Service
• Error Handling: Robust error management and logging
• Cloudflare Integration: Enhanced security and performance

2.3 Service Level Agreement

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Immediate resolution of all service issues
• Compatibility with all third-party services or applications

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: third-party service outages, network issues, natural disasters, or cyber attacks.

2.4 Data Handling and Privacy

We process webhook requests on your behalf. Our data handling practices include:

• We do not store the content of webhook messages beyond what is necessary for processing and analytics
• Request metadata (IP addresses, timestamps, status codes) may be logged for security and analytics purposes
• All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You are responsible for ensuring your webhook URLs remain secure and private

2.4.1 GDPR privacy documentation

EEA and UK users should read our GDPR-aligned policies: Privacy Policy (English) and Personvernerklæring (norsk). They describe legal bases, retention, international transfers, and how to contact [email protected] for data subject requests where News Targeted is controller.

2.4.2 Developer role as controller

If you integrate games, bots, or backends that send personal data through the Service, you are typically the data controller for that payload and must have your own lawful basis, privacy notice, and agreements with end users. News Targeted acts as a processor when forwarding on your webhook instructions. You must not send unlawful or excessive personal data; secure your webhook URLs and comply with Discord and applicable platform rules.

2.5 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and webhook requests, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all communications
• Rate limiting and abuse prevention
• IP and webhook banning capabilities
• Cloudflare WAF integration
• Regular security audits and updates
• Secure session management

However, you are responsible for keeping your webhook URLs secure and not sharing them publicly. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

2.6 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Modifications may include changes to features, rate limits, API endpoints, or service availability.

2.7 Support and Documentation

Support is provided through:

• Our Discord server for community support and questions
• Comprehensive documentation and getting started guides
• Status page for service updates and incident reports
• Error codes documentation for troubleshooting

We strive to respond to support requests in a timely manner, but response times may vary. We do not guarantee immediate resolution of all issues.

2.8 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the service providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.9 Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Discord, Roblox, and Cloudflare. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
